Kim Kardashian Flour-Bomb Video | TMZ.com
Kim Kardashian was assaulted Thursday night by a woman who threw white powder all over her, and it was concerning enough to call out the fire department.
Kim was at the London Hotel in West Hollywood for an event touting her new fragrance line, True Reflection. She was walking the red carpet when a woman threw the white powder at her from behind, covering her back and her hair. During the incident, the attacker shouted, "Fur hag."
Kim went to a private room, took the jacket off, brushed the powder off her hair and returned to the event. But the fire department had to examine the powder and deal with any possible danger.
They determined it was cooking flour.
The woman who threw the powder was detained by cops, but according to the Sheriff's Department Kim decided NOT to press charges and the woman was released.
Justin Bieber -- 13-Year-Olds Can Handle F-Words | TMZ.com
Justin Bieber insists ... 13-year-olds nowadays can handle a few F-words -- which is why it doesn't make sense to give the new "Bully" movie an R-rating ... especially when young teens can benefit from the message behind the film.
Bieber called in to "TMZ Live" moments ago -- claiming the anti-bullying message of the new documentary far outweighs any harm that comes from the F-bombs contained in the movie. As a result, the rating should be lowered to PG-13.
According to Bieber, if "Hunger Games" can be rated PG-13 -- a movie that depicts the violent deaths of young teenagers -- so can "Bully."
Joe Francis Sues -- Where the HELL Is My Damn Helicopter? | TMZ.com
"Girls Gone Wild" honcho Joe Francis dropped almost a quarter mil on a helicopter 10 years ago ... but he still has NO IDEA where it is -- and now, he's suing the guy who's allegedly behind the mystery.
According to papers filed at the LA Superior Court, obtained by TMZ, the GGW guru went halfsies on a Bell 206 Long Ranger helicopter in 2002 -- with some rich dude named Mohamed Hadid.
According to the docs, Joe paid $226,000 for his share -- but claims he never signed any paperwork or asked any questions, trusting Mohamed with all the small details ... like location, full price, and working condition. Joe claims he doesn't even know who currently holds the title to the chopper.
But now, Joe wants his $226K back -- claiming he was prevented from using the flying machine ... and worse, believes it was secretly sold behind his back. Joe says he has no clue where the helicopter currently is.
Joe is also seeking unspecified damages. Attempts to reach Hadid were unsuccessful.

El DeBarge -- Off the Hook After Drug Arrest | TMZ.com
"Rhythm of the Night" singer El DeBarge is in the clear after he was arrested for drug possession this week -- because the L.A. County D.A. has declined to file charges.
According to official D.A. documents, the case was rejected due to insufficient evidence.
TMZ broke the story ... DeBarge was arrested on Tuesday for felony possession of narcotics with intent to sell -- the singer's third drug arrest since 2001.
According to the docs, police officers noticed DeBarge and another man speaking on the street -- and for some reason, decided to search them ... without giving a reason why.
After searching them and coming up with nothing -- cops claim they perused the surrounding area ... and found a baggie of rock cocaine hidden under a nearby car.
The other man insisted he was there to buy the rock from DeBarge -- but DeBarge denied the accusation ... and the D.A. decided there wasn't enough evidence to make the charge stick.
